• The service is intended for entertainment and intellectual exploration.
• Sessions are purchased individually rather than through subscriptions.
• You retain ownership of what you write.
• We may curate selected reflections for publication in features like the Chronicle.
• Conversations may be reviewed by system administrators for moderation and curation.

By creating an account or using Teacher's Lounge, you agree to the terms below.

1. Nature of the Service

Teacher's Lounge is an online platform that allows users to explore ideas through structured conversations with artificial intelligence teachers.

The platform is designed for:

• intellectual exploration
• philosophical reflection
• creative writing prompts
• entertainment

It is NOT intended to provide professional advice including:

• legal advice
• medical advice
• psychological or therapeutic advice
• financial advice

Responses from teachers and assistants within the Lounge will be generated or assisted by artificial intelligence systems.

AI responses may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected.

Users should treat the service as a tool for reflection and discussion rather than a source of authoritative information.

2. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use Teacher's Lounge.

By registering an account you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.

3. Accounts and Registration

To use Teacher's Lounge you must create an account using a valid email address.

You are responsible for:

• maintaining the security of your account
• protecting your login credentials
• all activity performed through your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Session-Based Usage

Teacher's Lounge operates on a session-based model.

A session represents a structured conversation with an AI teacher.

Sessions may include multiple exchanges between the user and the teacher.

Each session may include limits such as:

• maximum message length
• maximum number of interactions
• structured conversation flow

These limits exist to maintain fairness and sustainability of the platform.

Sessions are consumed when a conversation session is started.

5. Pricing and Payments

Teacher's Lounge operates on a pay-per-session model rather than subscription billing.

Example session bundles may include:

• 1 Session
• 7 Sessions
• 30 Sessions

Pricing is clearly displayed before purchase.

Payments are processed through authorized payment providers such as Razorpay.

Teacher's Lounge does not store payment card information directly.

Prices may change over time, but such changes will not affect sessions already purchased.

6. User Content and Ownership

Users retain ownership of the content they write within the platform.

However, by submitting content to Teacher's Lounge you grant us a non-exclusive license to:

• store the content
• process it to generate AI responses
• display it within the platform
• generate summaries or reflection cards

This license exists solely for the operation of the platform.

7. Curation and Publication

Teacher's Lounge may occasionally curate selected conversations for publication in features including:

• The Chronicle
• Reflection highlights
• Educational examples

Curation may involve both AI systems and human editors.

If your conversation is selected:

• it may be displayed using your chosen username or pseudonym
• personal identifying information will not be published without permission

Users may opt into or opt out of certain curation features where applicable.

8. Privacy of Conversations

Conversations within Teacher's Lounge are not end-to-end encrypted.

Authorized administrators or editors may access conversation content for purposes including:

• moderation
• platform improvement
• curation

Conversations are not publicly visible unless a user explicitly generates a shareable reflection card or similar feature.

9. Data Retention

Teacher's Lounge attempts to minimize unnecessary data storage.

Conversation data may be retained for a limited period (for example up to 60 days) unless:

• the user chooses to save it
• the conversation is curated
• the user generates a reflection card

Inactive accounts may have older session data removed during system maintenance.

10. Appropriate Use

Users agree not to use Teacher's Lounge to:

• submit illegal content
• harass others
• attempt to exploit system behavior
• disrupt or overload the service

Accounts violating these rules may be suspended or terminated.

11. Intellectual Property

The Teacher's Lounge world, teacher personalities, and platform design are intellectual property of the platform operators.

Users may not reproduce platform content without permission.

User-generated reflections remain the property of the user.

12. Service Availability

Teacher's Lounge is an evolving platform.

Features may change over time as the service develops.

We aim to maintain reliable access but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.

13. Limitation of Liability

The platform operators are not liable for any damages arising from use of the service.
