Teacher's Lounge operates on a session-based credit system.

Users purchase session credits that can be used to start conversations with AI teachers on the platform.

1. Nature of Purchases

Purchases made on Teacher's Lounge provide users with session credits.

Each credit allows the user to start a structured conversation session within the platform.

Credits may be purchased individually or in bundles.

2. Refund Policy

Due to the digital and consumable nature of the service, purchases are generally non-refundable once session credits have been issued.

However, refunds may be considered in limited situations such as:

  • duplicate payments
  • accidental purchases reported immediately
  • technical errors that prevent the service from functioning

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the purchase.

Requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

3. Consumed Sessions

Once a session has been started and the service has been used, the corresponding credit is considered consumed and is not eligible for refund.

4. Cancellation

Teacher's Lounge does not operate on recurring subscriptions.

Users purchase session credits individually or in bundles and may stop using the service at any time.

Unused credits may remain available for future use unless otherwise stated.

5. Technical Issues

If a technical issue prevents the completion of a session, Teacher's Lounge may restore the consumed credit or provide a replacement session where appropriate.
